This little sweetheart of a dog was once adopted at one year of age from a high kill facility seven years ago. Honey can't understand what she could have done to make her family surrender her back to the same high kill shelter she was spared from many years ago. Her heart is broken and she is confused but with all the love, kindness and empathy surrounding her in rescue she is showing her resilient and proving to still be a strong survivor. Honey loves the children and make friend with the cats too. She is dog friendly and still enjoys wrestling with her big doggie friends. Don't let he age fool you, Honey still have lots of spunk and has a lot of her life yet to enjoy. She is just a real pleasure to have around! Honey enjoys her walks and play time in the yard. She is a fan of the car ride and gets excited for her treats! She house trained and does well in her kennel but prefers her plush, comfy doggy bed second to none. Honey is approx 23 lbs and has been very well loved at some point in her life. She is a worthy companion who didn't deserve to be tossed away. Her worries are over and rescue will never let her down!
